Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Harbour View Suites. Food & Beverage Manager to run hotels restaurant, bar, kitchen and conference/banqueting facilities.

Looking for someone with at least two years in similar positions at a chain hotel such as Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Taj Group. Should have strong training skills suitable for developing countries.
