For a new hotel that will open the beginning of may, we are urgently looking for Night Auditors.

NIGHT AUDITOR (Week and/or Weekend)

Responsibilities:

- Close of day procedure for the accommodation – Preparation for invoicing – Entertainment accounts – preparing posting slips and matching up the receipts – Statistic reports: daily used credit cards, daily revenue, accommodation statistics, petty cash receipts – Prepare guest cards for next day and check out – Opening doors for guests at night – Management of stock – Preparation of mailings

Skills – Excellent in English and a good knowledge of Dutch or French – Computer minded (knowledge of Word and Excel) – You like to organise and work alone – You prefer to work at night (23-6u) – You will either work 5 days (Mo-Fr) or 2 days (Sa-Su)
