EXECUTIVE SOUS-CHEF
at Corrado Consulting in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)
We are currently looking, for one of the best hotels in town, for a passionate, creative, dynamic and highly motivated professional.
As per the Saudi Labour Authorities’ decision, only FRENCH, PORTUGUESE, GERMAN nationals will be considered.
The ideal candidate has previous Middle-East experience in 5-star hotels. Must have a proven record of motivating and inspiring a team and has excellent leadership and planning skills. Flexible schedule required as well as a good knowledge of English.
Salary & Benefits: Interesting NET salary + fully furnished apartment at the compound, family meal allowance, transportation allowance, local health care, relocation expense, incoming and outgoing economy class air ticket and return ticket after successful completion of 12 moths work, school fees for 2 kids up to 18 years. 2 years-contract.
The successful candidate will be in charge of all kitchen preparations (3 restaurants, banquet and outside catering for up to 1000 pax).
